Ken Smith Publishing allows access to the information you provide to Smith Settle Ltd, acting as our agent in the processing and distribution of orders received by us. They are required to keep such information confidential and are not permitted to use it for any purpose other than providing the services we contract from them.

In using this site we may ask you for information about yourself or others and we explain below how this information will be used.
On some pages you can order products, make requests for products or information. The personal information we collect from you for this purpose will be :

*If you are making a purchase through our online ordering facility, your debit/credit card details will be requested, and processed, by RBS WorldPay. These details will not be sent to Ken Smith Publishing or its distributor Smith Settle.
We use the personal information you provide when placing an order, or requesting information, only to complete your request. We do not share that information with any other party only to the extent necessary to complete that request.
On some pages you can request information to be sent to other people, or order a gift to be sent to a recipient. In this instance the personal information we collect will be :

When making a gift purchase for another recipient, or making a request on someone elses behalf, we use the personal information you provide only to complete your request. We do not share that information with any other party except to the extent necessary to complete that request.
We use email addresses only to respond to emails received. These addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with any other party.
You are able to register on our website to receive information on our products. We will only use the information you provide if the appropriate form is completed.
Correcting information held by us
Errors in personally identifiable information held by us can be corrected by sending us a request to correct the error. To protect your privacy and security we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections. When placing an order returning customers will always have the opportunity to correct or update the information we hold. This information will never be passed to third parties. Debit/credit card information is never stored on our webserver.
To prevent unauthorised access, ensure the correct use of information and maintain data security, we have in place appropriate procedures, physical, electronic and managerial, to safeguard the information collected online by ourselves
